Based on the MIT License, with a no-SaaS-resale rider.

Applies to the skills and written materials in this project: the SKILL.md,
authority.md, gotchas.md, resources.md, and mo-dwi-authority.md files, the downloadable
.skill bundles, the letter and memo templates they contain, and the site's
written prose. Modified or adapted copies of any of these remain governed by
this license. The website source code is separately licensed under the MIT
License (see LICENSE-CODE). These materials are source-available; they are not
Creative Commons, MIT-licensed, or unrestricted open source.

   in an AI assistant the user chooses. They do not constitute legal advice, and
   neither using them nor downloading them creates an attorney-client relationship
   with TopDWI or any lawyer. An individual using the Skills for their own matter is

   Department of Revenue, or a licensed Missouri attorney. A lawyer using the Skills
