TopDWI is a focused library of drop-in AI skills for Missouri DWI defense. A DWI is two cases at once — the criminal prosecution and a separate administrative license action — and the library covers the repetitive spine of both: two-track intake and deadline recognition, discovery and evidence acquisition, client education, offender-classification and sentencing-exposure framing, and evidentiary-foundation issue spotting. Legal conclusions stay with the attorney; the skills organize, draft, and flag.
The skills are deliberately no-code. There's nothing to integrate and nothing to maintain — each is a single instruction file you upload once. They're tuned to Missouri law by default, distinguish the test-result track from the refusal track, and keep a human in the loop on every judgment call.
The free skills do manual, attorney-driven work: intake organization, deadline recognition, discovery drafting, client explanation, the sentencing framework, and a manual foundation checklist. The separate paid dui-review engine is for packet-level work — automated document extraction and defect analysis of the returned arrest/AIR packet, where offered. Both require attorney review; neither replaces it.

These skills are drafting and issue-spotting aids for licensed attorneys and their staff. They are not legal advice, they do not create an attorney-client relationship, and they do not replace attorney review. Administrative-hearing deadlines, the refusal vs. test-result distinction, prior-offense classification, sentencing exposure, suppression and admissibility questions, breath/blood-test foundation, and local procedural differences all carry real consequences — every deadline and legal conclusion the skills surface is a confirmation item for the attorney, not a settled answer.
