It organizes the categories that decide DWI cases — stop validity, arrest, implied consent (Sec. 577.020/Sec. 577.041), the 15-minute observation, operator/device permits, calibration intervals — with the controlling authority for each. It does not itself determine admissibility or establish a suppression motion, and it does not replace review of the reports, video, AIR packet, maintenance and calibration records, permits, regulations, and case law.
